Balak helps you turn academic messages into reminders. You remain in control of what becomes a saved deadline.

What Balak keeps

Reviewed deadlines, reminders, notes, and account preferences may be kept on your device and, only when you choose sync, in your account. We do not sell personal information.

What Balak processes

If you explicitly choose cloud AI processing, the selected source is sent to the configured provider to create a draft. You review it before saving. Original screenshots, PDFs, and pasted source text are not part of your deadline history.

Your choices

You can edit or delete deadlines at any time. To request account and synchronized-data deletion, contact support@balakapp.com from your Balak account email.
